Meditations For Nana Series. Number 1. Pericardium

The "Meditations for Nana Series" were recorded in my Nana's living room on Saturday mornings. I started to meditate with Nana to help ease her anxiety going into breast cancer surgery. Her and I both had tremendous healing and bonding through these meditations. So I decided to continue them every Saturday morning. My Nana is now cancer free! It is a healing miracle.

Each meditation focuses on a specific topic related to how my Nana was feeling. These are raw audio. So it is not perfect. You will hear her clock, the air conditioner, a cat and a dog occasionally. Despite the audio, the healing intention is real and perfect.
