私は大好きです。
頻繁に食べれる食材ではないですよね～

理由
・値段が高い
・なんか、値段の割に美味しさを感じない

一般的な板に乗ってるウニは
ミョウバンを使って形を保った状態にしてるウニ、だそうです。
この商品は、海水と同濃度の塩水（塩分濃度が同じ）に浸されています。
そのため、ミョウバン特有の「苦味」がない！
食べた瞬間「ウニ！！！」って叫びたくなる味です。

新鮮じゃないと、できないですよね～
その意味も含めて、贅沢ではありますが、
まったく味が違うので、是非お試しください。
