Douglas A-26C Invader arrives at Duxford

For the first time in many years, a Douglas A-26 Invader visited Duxford Aerodrome (EGSU) in Cambridgeshire. The aircraft is N26BP, which is based in Texas but has spent the last few weeks around Europe as part of the D-Day 80 commemorations. Unfortunately it just missed out on Sywell airshow last weekend, but it’s fantastic to see it in the UK nonetheless!

The aircraft is expected to remain at Duxford over the next few days before returning to the United States.
