Super Easy Besan ki Mithai Recipe Using 4 Main Ingredients | Perfect Healthy and Tasty Snack

Ingredients:
1: 1/2 kg besan
2: 1/2 kg ghee
3: 1/2 kg cheeni/sugar
4: 5-6 ilaichi/cardamom
5: dry fruits of your choice (chopped almonds, walnuts and pistachios, and shredded coconut)
6: 1 cup of milk

Process:
Cook sugar in milk for 3-4 minutes. Set aside.

In a wok, add ghee on low flame. When it melts, add besan.
Cook for 7 minutes.
Then add ilaichi and shredded coconut.
Cook for a minute then add milk in which you melted sugar.
Cook for a minute, and ghee will be separated.
Then add half of the nuts.
Mix well, take out in a dish, make the surface even ensuring same thickness across the dish.
Add remaining nuts on top and press into the halwa.
Let it cool down for 40-50 minutes.
Then cut in cubes and enjoyyyy!
