Ten minute mow and five minute rake. 1452 square feet (44' x 33'). Using FUX 65 cm blade and Falci nylon hay rake.

This area gets travelled often as it is between buildings which makes for grass that lays down in different directions. I am paying attention to quality of cut here as well and this does slow down the cutting.
