In this super honest video I discuss our sleep journey with two kids: cosleeping, the Montessori floor bed, contact naps, and our approach regarding sleep training.

I also discuss sleeping through the night some nights (but the dreaded 4 month regression approaching!).

I have avoided talking about sleep for a long time because of how controversial it is, but after many appreciated me speaking about it in my last video, I thought I would provide an honest update to our journey.
