Driving through Hangzhou city at 7 a.m., passing through the east-west main roads like Desheng Overpass and the north-south main road like Qiushi Overpass, finally arriving at Qianjiang New City. At 7 a.m., Hangzhou slowly wakes up, and the morning rush hour has not yet arrived. Although traffic is already heavy, cars are still able to move. The closure of lanes due to construction at Wenyi Road Tunnel has extended the congestion point westward along the Desheng Overpass. According to traffic congestion index (although I'm not sure how it's calculated), around 7 a.m. on weekdays, Hangzhou's index is roughly around 3, but by 7:30 a.m., it spikes to 7-8, turning the elevated roads into a parking lot.

早晨的杭州车流 德胜快速路 秋石高架路 早高峰将至未至
驾车在早上7点的杭州市区内，经过市内东西主干道德胜高架路和南北主干道秋实高架路，最后来到钱江新城。早上7点，杭州慢慢苏醒，早高峰还没有到来，车辆还是能开得动，虽然车流已经很大了。文一路隧道让德胜高架路的封闭车道向西延伸了，也让拥堵点向西延伸了。按照交路交通拥堵指数来说（虽然我不懂怎么计算的），工作日7点杭州大概在3左右，不过仅仅到了7点30，指数会暴增至7-8，到时杭城高架将会变成停车场。拍摄于3月14日7点。
