Now, on to part 2 of gaining clientele!

I had so much fun recording this because there is just so much that isn't spoken about on being a lash artist and what that looks like in 2024. The world is changing and so is the lash industry and we have to change with it as lash aritsts!

It's not as aimple as it used to be " post your work" " be consistent" the same old story is simply just NOT ENOUGH anymore. Does that mean it cant be done? NO it means we need to understand strategy in a way be didnt before as lash techs and it goes far beyond being a good lash artist. Gaining clients in 2024 requires you to KNOW YOUR CLIENTELE that is the secret point blank!

We need to know who we are speaking too and how they receive information. The better we know them, the more direct we cant be.

This has so many elements to it but to put it simply, we need to invision our ideal clientele and the ask our selves every reason why they WOULDN'T get their lashes done by US and then fill all of those gaps, once we do that, we can now speak to them not only on their level but wth CONVICTION. That's so important!
