Rode aboard the "Victory Rover," a 95-ft tour boat that took us 10-miles up the Elizabeth River from the Nauticus Center in downtown Norfolk. It was a relaxing, enjoyable 2-hour tour of one of America's largest east coast Navy bases as seen from the Elizabeth River. Well worth it!! (FTHVN 765)
