Hopefully this detailed video will help you replace the upper steering column bearing on your GM Truck 2007 and newer Suburban, Tahoe, Silverado, Avalanche, GMC Sierra, Yukon, or Cadillac Escalade. 274414 Clock Spring Snap Ring
26011609 Clock Spring Washer
26055299 Spring (below lockplate)
26001827 Bearing and Lower Race
15231641 Spring Seat aka Upper Race
Zip Ties

Tools:
21mm Socket, 4 inch extension, Long Handle Rachet (center nut)

Snap ring Plyers (clock spring snap ring)

Torx Bit Set

Lock Plate Remover from O'Reilly Auto Parts (lock plate on 2012 is only 2 inches wide)

Set of 4 Metal Picks (used to pry snap ring out) (Autozone)

Dremel w/ Metal Cutting Blade, Angled Grinding Stone (952), and Carbon Steel Brush (442) attachments (Lowe's)

Dead Blow Hammer and Scratch Awl (Lowe's)

1 1/2 inch diameter plastic pvc pipe w/ flange on the end (Lowe's)
