Quick tutorial on how to use the eustachi

The Eustachi is a medical device that uses a medical technique called polarization to treat negative middle ear pressure by pushing air into the nose:
Hold the Eustachi firmly against a nostril opening to create a tight seal
Plug the other nostril closed with a finger
Press the Eustachi power button to start the airflow
While the button is pressed, swallow to help open the Eustachian tubes
Repeat if needed in the other nostril
