Removing a BROKEN Carburetor Shaft SCREW

A sheared or broken throttle shaft butterfly screw is a situation you want to avoid at all costs, but if it happens, you can still save the shaft with precise machining.

In rare instances, with luck on your side, you can also drill out a broken screw but that's a risky chance to take, so it is best left to professionals with experience and the right equipment, like a milling machine, for example.

In this video, I show you in pretty involved detail, the steps, and equipment necessary for a successful outcome, plus how a bent shaft can be properly re-straightened so your Quadrajet carburetor will operate as intended.
