This door hinge failure is very common and only gets worse with use.
The intermediate door hinge is loose, and simply tightening it is not enough. The hinges are removed alternately and the inner sleeves are screwed deeper. After that, the hinges are fixed again. Finally, the two missing screws are put in to secure the attachment. ‪@mrrecycler67‬
