Audi A2 center airvent removal and anti squeak foam replacement – EP43 – project youngtimer

When I was testing the bluetooth adapter on my Concert 1 radio, I had to remove the center airvents together with the radio and I found that the anti squeak foam in the center airvents basically disintegrated to dust due to heat and age. I have removed the rest of the foam and reinstalled the center airvents, but since there was no anti squeak foam, there were squeaky noises from that area while driving. Because of this, I have decided to install new foam (which is used to seal the windows) and thus eliminate the squeaks and rattles.
You can use this video also as a tutorial how to remove the center airvents if you need to replace the broken cup holder (which is a know fault of Audi A2).
