Cooper the Staffordshire Bull Terrier was left to roam the streets in Somerset and ended up in a rescue centre. But Staffordshire Police helped him turn his fortunes around and found a new home, and also a new job, as a police detection dog. He's become the first Staffie to be taken on by Staffordshire Police, and now it's hoped his appointment will change the image of the often maligned breed. Chris Halpin reports.
