How to install a DLC Addon Car Pack for GTA 5 LSPDFR

Installing a huge DLC addon 25 Car pack as well as a Replacement into your game the easiest way and a complete walkthrough to get this pack looking great! The author redid his DLC pack. It no longer has a replacement. This was updated several months after this video release. If you want to still do a replacement, install as a DLC but go into the DLC pack and pull selected vehicles out to a new folder if you like and then just rename them to maybe sheriff or sheriff2 for example.
