2003 Ford Thunderbird PCM Issues

This one arrived at the shop on a cold day with a difficult running issue.
Complaints are, Can not accelerate the engine.. No power, Limp Home and the Transmission is doing weird things especially when trying to reverse.
Well, This one turned into an interesting adventure as I found out that while having it parked in a heated shop..it would run without any issues but still had transmission range sensor problem but the limp home mode was not active. But when I parked it outside in the cold, it would hardly run and limp home was activated and would run well at all.
*Before making a call on replacing a hard to find expensive engine computer, I had to properly diagnose the fault first.*
Hope you enjoy this one. Sorry I didn't get as much of the actual testing done with the throttle pedal assembly but.. I was able to prove out it was not at fault.
