🌙 🌚 🌕 This is a Guided Meditation for the New Moon in October 2021 (Oct 6) in Libra. This is the last Mercury Retrograde for the year. As the Libra season is in full swing, it calls for balance - a balance between relationships, in every thing we do today and a call for beauty and elegance in how we conduct ourselves. With Mercury being Retrograde - it calls for taking time before proceeding with new projects, new contracts and taking some time to check out and think. With these cosmic events happening together, in this mediation we will take a journey across all the different avatars, different roles we play every day and check where we may need more balance.

WHO AM I:
I discovered Meditation and truly fell in love with it in 2020 through the pandemic. I would think meditation is about having an empty mind and staying still. If you ask my mother, she would say that's not possible. But the more I studied, the more I realised, meditation is not about being still and serious, it's about being present, being conscious and being open to what comes next. Whatever it might be. Just welcoming everything. I feel honoured and humbled to share my practice with you.
My credentials: RYT 200-hr Vinayasa Teacher; Currently student of 200-hr Instinctive Meditation.
