Ingredients used for this recipe.

Big Onion 3 nos.
Besan flour 75 gms (2/3 cup)
Rice flour 100 gms (1/2 cup)
Chopped Ginger 5 tsp
Garlic Cloves 4 -5 nos.
Green Chilies 1-2 nos
Fennel Seed 1 tsp
Vanaspati 1 tsp
Chilli powder ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Salt To taste
Asafoetida few pinches
sprinkle of Water
