6. Is there a minimum or maximum Cash Back redemption amount?
Once every 30 days as an active member you can redeem a minimum of $125 and a maximum of $250 from your accumulated Cash Back account.

7. How often can I change my store preferences and method of payment?
You can update your top ten stores along with your preferred method of payment once every 30 days.

8. Why can I only use my checking account to pay for my membership?
Your checking account that you use for your membership payment will also be used to send your verified and approved Cash Back redemptions through ACH. We do not accept credit cards due to chargeback abuse.

9. What happens if my payment is returned?
If your payment is returned you will no longer have access to your Cash Back shopping benefit and all accumulated funds in your Cash Back account will be forfeited. If chosen, there is a 3 day reinstatement period allowed and a $45 reinstatement cost will be applied.

10. What is the cancellation period?
There is no long term contract required. You may cancel at any time within at least a 2 business day period prior to your membership renewal date. All cancellations will immediately forfeit any current or pending Cash Back account balances.

11. Will your checking account on file be charged every 28 days for the membership?
Your checking account on file will only be charged the $125 if you have not cancelled your membership or your ewallet account has not reached the $125 level the day before your renewal date which is displayed in your back office profile section.
