EGGLESS FLUFFY DONUT | NO Milk| NO Butter | LESS Kneading

I’m getting a lot of request on this eggless donut so here it is. Milk & butter were not used too.
No milk, No butter, No Egg Donut
Very vegan friendly donut. Simple ingredients yet fluffy and yummy.

✔️Ingredients
1 cup [240 ml] warm water (or milk if desired)
1/4 cup [50 grams] sugar
2 & 1/2 tsp [7 grams] instant yeast
1/4 cup [60 ml] vegetable oil (or butter if desired)
2 & 3/4 cups [350 grams] all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
