Yellow peas- 1.5 cups(boiled)
Oil- 2 tbsp
Cumin(Jeera)- 1tsp
Mustard(Rai)-1 tsp
Asafoetida(Hing)- a pinch
Onion - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Tomato- 2
Red chili powder- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric-1/2 tsp
Black pepper-1/2 tsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Water- 3 cups
Salt- as per taste
Chili Oil - (1 tbsp oil+2 tbsp red chili powder)
Serve hot with pav,onion,tikhi/ratlami sev,lemon,green onion
