I read 25 self-help books and Learned 5 Life-changing habits

I read 25 self-help books this year. The thing about self-help books is that if you read them a lot at a certain point you will realize that they tend to get pretty repetitive. They teach the same thing using different approaches. But It’s not really about reading more or accumulating more knowledge, it is about applying that knowledge to get some tangible results in real life.
So the question is - Did I learn anything worthwhile or did I just waste all of those hours?
I am not necessarily a ferocious reader, but I am a ferocious note-taker. From using the notecard system to categorize and organize knowledge to connecting ideas, and combining and comparing different points of view. I do it all.
After going through all of my notes from this year I came up with a list of 5 life-changing habits that can completely turn your life around in just 6 months
