Pear Hot Toddy

1 oz New Deal Pear Brandy
1 oz New Deal Ginger Liqueur
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz honey
Hot water
1 cinnamon stick & candied ginger for garnish

Combine spirits, lemon juice, and honey in a mug. Top with hot water and stir until the honey fully dissolves. Add a cinnamon stick for aromatic flavor, then garnish with candied ginger.

Note: Hot toddies are a lot like tea or coffee; everyone likes theirs differently! Experiment with more or less honey and Ginger Liqueur, depending on your preference for sweet or spicy.
