This an unusual uncut video on RSFSR showing how the city Moscow celebrated Russian Flag Day on August 22, 1996. The day was celebrated in the center of Moscow raising the Russian Flag like it was on the creation on August Coup 1996. It was a minor event with no politicians, but with a smal military band preforming the Russian Anthem (Patriotic Song). This event has even continued a bit in the 2000s. In 2005 once again the Patriotic Song was played even though at the time it wasn't the official anthem. But it will always be the original anthem of the Russian tricolour flag. As it was in 1991 when it was adopted.

This long video is also an tribute to the Russian 90s music played throughout this video. It also seems like Patriotic Song by Glinka wasn't the only Russian 90's hits.
