BISCOTTI ALLE MELE DELIZIOSI

Prepariamo insieme i biscotti morbidissimi alle mele, leggeri e perfetti per la colazione o la merenda di tutti i giorni.
Si preparano con una ricetta facilissima e velocissima.
Ingredienti:
2 mele (365gr)
2 uova
120gr di zucchero semolato
80ml di olio di semi di girasole
40ml di latte
mezza bustina di lievito per dolci vanigliato
350gr di farina 00 di grano tenero
In forno ventilato a 170 gradi per 18/20 minuti
