This video shows a remarkable milestone – the patient's first attempt at an advanced exercise. Performing squats on the Shuttle Systems Balance Professional at the second-highest difficulty level, he faces a frontal plane bias, striving to maintain maximum stability on the platform. This footage captures the resilience and determination of an individual overcoming physical challenges on the path to recovery.
