Ingredients

1. Coconut Powder – 1 cup
2. Dry Dates (without seeds) – 2 cups
3. Sesame seeds – 2 cups
4. Oil/Ghee – 1 tsp

Cooking Instructions
----------------------------------------------

1. Dry roast 1 cup coconut powder in a pan for around 1-2 minutes on medium flame, be careful as it might burn and not taste good.
2. Dry roast 2 cups of sesame seeds in a pan for 2-3 minutes on medium flame or until it light golden brown and seeds start to pops, keep aside to cool.
3. Coarsely grind 1.5 cups of roasted sesame seeds, don't grind it to the fine powder as we want it to be lightly crushed not powder it.
4. Dry roast chopped seedless dates in a for around 2-3 minutes on medium flame, do not overcook as we just want to heat the dates.
5. In a large bowl, add roasted sesame seeds, coarsely grind Roasted sesame seeds, chopped roasted dates, and roasted coconut powder, mix everything well together. Make sure dates are still slightly hot while preparing the mixture without which ladoo may not bind properly.
6. Grease your hand with oil or Ghee and take the small portion of the mixture and roll it in hand to form a ball or ladoo shape, and repeat same with rest of material. If the mixture is not binding well then add 2-3 tbsp of honey to help it bind well.
