TPGY Stock Price Prediction Before SPAC Merger With EVBox

Today we're going to calculate the fair valuation for EVBox. EVBox is an EV charging station company based in The Netherlands. It's almost like the European version of ChargePoint. The TPGY stock went up like crazy today. I had another video planned, but wanted to cover the TPGY stock as soon as possible. Also bit in a rush today, so I hope the quality is still intact.

In this video we're going to take a look at the pro forma market cap, the future valuation, the discounted enterprise valuation and the fair market cap and price per share of EVBox after TPGY will have acquired the company. We're going to use numbers from their investor presentation and we'll compare some numbers with ChargePoint's investor presentation, since they should be very similar.
