Anti rape investigation and Trial Act 2021 Pakistan

In 2021 all over Pakistan after significant increase in Rape victims including Zainab rape and Murder case and Motorway Gang rape case ,new Law has been implemented named as Anti Rape investigation and Trial Act 2021 which provides comprehensive procedure to deal with Rape Victims, there Medical legal process, preserving evidence, investigation process and Speedy Trial ultimately leaving no space for escape of criminals of such like offences.
Parliamentarian Commission on Human Rights in Collaboration with UN Woman is establishing Woman Lawyers Network for Woman Rights, and delivering orientation Sessions in Selected Districts of Pakistan on Anti-Rape Act 2021 and Anti Harassments Laws.

On Sep 14th 2024 Orientation Session was conducted with Woman Lawyers and Prosecutors in Ladies Bar Hall of District Bar Association Multan.
