INGREDIENTS:
bread recipe--
3 cups / 465 grams bread flour
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp powdered milk
1/2 tsp salt
lukewarm water - add in small amountwhile kneading till dough is soft, and pulls off sides of mixing bowl.
1 tsp dry active or instant yeast
A pinch nutmeg
2 tbsp unsalted butter
extra flour to coat loaves with.

** Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 177 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.**

INGREDIENTS FOR HAUSA KOKO DOUGH/ mixture:
1 tbsp apple cider Vinegar (adjust amount to taste)
3 cups of millet,
1/2 tsp of cloves
2 cloves of whentia (AKA, grains of selim) substitute with 1/4 tsp of crushed black pepper
1/4 tsp dried chilis (optional)
1/3 cup of chopped ginger,
cloves,
water
