In this video, I explain what a new build property is and also, I do a full comparison / deep dive of all of the advantages and disadvantages of buying a new build property. I conclude the video, by providing my own thoughts on why I personally do not feel that a new build property is worth it despite all the advantages that exist.

All of the points noted in the video are completely based on my own personal experience trying to purchase a new build property and I have personally had to deal with a lot of the cons that I have stated in the video as well.
