There's no place like home... but what happens when home disappears?

In this featurette documentary, hosts Parker Thune and Baylor Hurst visit the remnants of Picher, an evacuated and condemned mining community in northeast Oklahoma. There, they gather perspectives from the town's former occupants, who maintain that the government's decision to disincorporate Picher is unjustifiable. The residents' accounts weave a narrative tapestry that depicts a carefree life in small-town America, from glory on the football field to summer evenings at swimming holes. And as Parker and Baylor soon discover, all that Picher natives want is to have their town back.
