For today's video, I'm going to show you how to make Korean Pancake with little bit of twist😉 In sosmed, people make this Korean Pancake with Mozzarella cheese filling. I twisted a little bit by using cream cheese and little bit of sugar for the filling. And the result is just amazing in my opinion😃 my kids love it more!

What you need:
4 potatoes (make about 9 pancake)
cream cheese
sugar
rice flour

How to make:
Peel and slice the potatoes then cook it in boiling water until tender. Mash the potatoes and add 2 tbsp of sugar (adjust the sweetness if you like) and 3 tbsp of rice flour and mash it until smooth.
Cut the cream cheese into small blocks. Then shape the potatoes into a ball, hand palm size, flat it out and fill with a block or two of cream cheese and little bit of sugar. Then shape it like a pancake.
Fry on medium low heat of a frying pan with little bit of butter or cooking oil. Cook the pancake until golden brown on both sides.

We like to eat this pancake while they are hot and the filling are melts nicely😋
