The dance was devised as a farewell present of the RSCDS Vienna Branch to John and Judith MacGregor, British Ambassadors in Vienna and Bratislava, whose appointments were ending in 2007. John MacGregor had been the Honorary President of the Branch for a couple of years.
The photo at the front of the video is of the British Embassy in Vienna.
It is a fluid dance with "approximations" permitted.
