OK. So. I bought my first pressure can about 12 plus years ago. I think it was probably one of the first in the country and when it arrived I put in the corner of my kitchen at work and left it there - still in the bown box it came in. For three months.

I was so scared of the thought of tackling it I decided the best thing was to ignore it!

However, those times are behind me and I am only recounting it for you so that you know there isn't anything you can tell me about how daunting this feels.
