Masculinity and Femininity are hard to define. Everyone talks about them and yet no one seems to be able to DEFINITIVELY explain what they mean or what they look like.

5 months ago I was asked to do a deep dive into what Femininity and Masculinity mean. And the more I researched, the harder it was to define them. Are they about gender? Are they not? Who determines what is masculine or feminine?

This week's Ask a Therapist video will give you workable definitions of the attributes of each, as well as explain why they are different from Gender.
