Hi all! Ted and I are back in the pines and want to first of all, apologize for being MIA for the last 2+ weeks! We've still been B U S Y around here but just took a small break from actually posting anything for various reasons. We're ok, all is well and we're excited to be back and show you guys what we've been up to!
We left off with creating a little oasis in the pines and making our tent feel like a tranquil getaway. Maybe even a little too tranquil? Ted can hardly drag me down from up there! We've spent a few nights in the tent and it is truly magical. However, there is one minor detail that needs to be addressed... and it's in the morning once that coffee hits! And yes... we're talking about #2. 💩
We need to get this outhouse built ASAP!
We finally settled on a design, Ted drew it up and thus begins the construction of the "Squattie Potty!"
Of course we've been battling these crazy storms all summer long and this was no different! We've just decided you gotta just laugh and roll with it. Soaking wet, with the mosquitos.
