Dr. Wallach stated that plants absorb minerals from wood ashes and coal ashes, but with the advent of electricity, we need to supplement, medical doctors are taught to relieve symptoms but rarely get to the root causes of any disease. Dr. Wallach also mentioned the connection between nitrate fertilizers and thyroid malfunction and disease proven in his work in comparative pathology. Dr. Wallach also reminds us of the harmful effects of gluten and buckwheat (fagopyrins) in your diet that destroy the villi in your intestines.
