Using custom assets in the Wonderdraft drawing software package can give your map a unique look and help you convey information to your players. In this video I show you step by step how you can import images that you find on the internet and either directly import them into Wonderdraft or modify them so that they will work with the software package.

First I review the directory structure required so that Wonderdraft will recognize your assets. I then show how to save an image from the internet into that directory, and review the importance of using a transparent png file.

I then download a sample of files and show how to scale and alter the color structure in both Photoshop and GIMP.
