Does Dr. Ph. Martin's Hydrus Watercolor Re-Wet?

The Dr. Ph. Martin's Hydrus paint has dried out in my ceramic palette for two days - now let's see if it re-wets or not. We had some trouble with it a few days ago - let's see what happens now.
