In this BAAM.Tip, learn how to efficiently filter takeoff and landing data from your Lidar and trajectory datasets in PCMasterPro. Access the Lidar Tools / Paths from the PCMP Toolbar, remove previous selections, and start a new range by right-clicking the starting point after the transition to the first flightline. Repeat at the end of the last flightline, then finish the selection. The visualizer will automatically update with the refined trajectory and Lidar flightlines, streamlining your data preparation process.

Steps Taken:
1. Filter takeoff and landing laser and trajectory data using PCMasterPro lidar tools
PCMP Toolbar: Lidar Tools / Paths
To make a new selection:
From the Path Selection window click: Action / Remove
2. Hover your mouse over the starting point on the trajectory in the data view
This point is typically just after the transition to the start of the first flightline
Right click / Start selection here
3. Repeat with the end of the last flightline to finish the selection
Right click / Finish selection here
4. The visualizer will regenerate with the selected range of trajectories and lidar flightlines
