[00:00:00] Here we are at the original homestead. The entire stream one subdivision here in DANDA. This house was built in one. It is spectacular. I cannot tell you how nice this area is. Its subdivision and all the homes are beautiful. It's decorated to within an inch of its life. It's maintained beautifully. Absolutely fantastic. You’ve got a circle drive here in the front. Of course, you're going to use the back more than anything, probably up there. You've got a 2 and 1/2 car garage. Here's school bus stops right out front. There's the community pool right there. I mean, literally, get on your suit, walk across. It's $250 a year for anyone who lives in the community that covers everything. You're open 7 days a week from 11:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday. [00:01:00] They're open from noon to 5:00 or 6:00 or something like that. So anyway, I want to show that a lot of adventures just a little over an acre, 1. 06 acres, but just cute as a bug. And there's the pool right there, just a fantastic family atmosphere. Lots of architectural details. A little windy today. I hope you can hear me. All right. Lots of beautiful architectural details. And wait to see this. All your room. All weather room. One called Florida ROOM. It's their dining room, not formal dining room, but the place where they. Absolutely beautiful. Let's go in the front door and we'll go in the back. This obviously is a magnolia tree. What's a Kentucky homestead without a magnolia tree?

[00:04:00] So we come in. Then here you've got this glorious dining room. Oh, I use adjectives, but it just feels good. Korner cover. Sideboard or hunte board? Now, these. This is they're using this as a coat. And then this one over here, which is huge, uses that for all her China. This is a home office. Obviously, you can use it for whatever you want to do. What would you use it for? I don't know what I'd use it for. I'd have to sit and talk to my wife about it. But these for a library, a home office. Great spot for that. Hey, I'll show it. I'll show you this room here while I'm here.

[00:05:09] They exist for a living. There again, it goes right on out to that porch, but it's got this fireplace. You got original brick down there and its gas logs. I can't remember what they told me. Is it 4 or 5 fireplaces? Well, let's count them. One here, one of them down here. There's one in the den, and that's 3. There's one upstairs in the master bedroom. That's 4. So there's at least four. Here's the kitchen.
Obviously, it's got those like subway tile tiles in the backsplash, their white cabinets all the way. And then it's got I don't know whether that's tin or it looks like that like a tin ceiling there. And then brick a while. Like brick in the kitchen. But I do.

[00:09:01] My favorite room is the den that. Cozy up with a book, Fire Glass, Wine. Honey, there's one of these big, huge sectional deals. It’s kind of like a chair and a half, but more like a 2 and a half kind of chair. Bilking are nice. And then. Elongated Kolar high-efficiency flush. So you got half here and 2 full bath upstairs. Enough jibber jabber and let's go on upstairs. All the little details mean so much, especially when you buy a house, you can't buy this stuff today, you can't even have it made. Look at that curving to that. How beautiful. I always like to see these old houses with these beautiful, balustrades. Now, if you like these. Top of the stairs spaces like I do at that one. Now there's nothing wrong with that 3 bedrooms up here.

[00:10:36] Those floors are. This is the brightest room in the house and it's got some beautiful light. It's in the afternoon right now. It's almost 4 o'clock.Huge closet and lots of storage space everywhere and just decorated and taken care of so well, most 4:00 in the light is pouring in that.

[00:11:15] That's the kind of details I'm talking about. Now these shutters work on the ones I touch. Did you get big, beautiful brass chunky hardware on here? As the master bed. The fireplace. Well, that's more bill ends. Pretty.
