After just ten days in the Bahamas, it was time to point Tiny Bubbles back toward Florida.

What we expected to be a simple return turned into heavy commercial traffic outside Miami, unexpected boat repairs at anchor, and a reminder that cruising life is not always turquoise water and calm seas.

Along the way, we reconnected with fellow Bluewater Cruising friends also heading toward the Summit, shared meals at anchor, rented a car for parts, and found ourselves unexpectedly grateful for the ease of getting supplies in the United States.

This is the real side of cruising — the challenges, the community, and the constant reminder that the journey is never quite as predictable as we think.
