Welcome to a week of our family meals! My hope is to inspire you to get creative with your from scratching cooking. I always watched these videos and got discouraged, so I want to remind you that if you are new to "from scratch cooking" don't give up! It takes time to get new recipes and foods down. I can now make many homemade foods noodles, crust, bread, etc. but I had to start at square one. My prayer is that my videos and blog can help assist you if you are started at square one too, or if you are just looking for new ideas. Chicken - Sweet Potato - Apple Skillet (found in 4 Week Meal Plan) https://westman-academy.ck.page/99694...
One Skillet Parmesan Mushroom Chicken
3 tablespoons butter
4 chicken breasts (cut in half)
1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
3 cloves garlic
1 cup heavy cream (add more if needed)
5oz parmesan cheese (freshly grated)

Fusili Hamburger Helper
1 box of noodles
1 pound ground beef
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Sauce:
1 pound cheddar cheese (freshly shredded)
1 cup milk (more if needed)
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
4 eggs

Baked Broccoli
2 heads of broccoli chopped
Olive oil
Salt, Garlic Salt, Pepper (1/2 tsp each)
1 onion (sliced)

Sausage Acorn Squash
2 pounds sausage
1/2 onion
1 apple diced
2 stalks celery (diced)
4 acorn squash cut in half
5 or 6 oz of parmesan cheese (freshly shredded)

One Pot Spinach Parmesan Pasta
1 box farfalle (bow tie noodles)
32 oz chicken broth
1/2 lemon zest & peel
1 cup baby spinach
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp salt
1.5-2 cups heavy cream
5 oz parmesan cheese

Savory Skillet Pie
1/4 stick of butter
2 pounds sausage (1:1 ground beef / sausage)
2 carrots
1 onion
2 stalks celery
Top: (Double recipe for top if you want a thicker topping)
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1/2 pound Colby jack cheese (save some to sprinkle on top)
