Part 1 Bristol Balloon Fiesta 2009 8th August Morning lift off

2009 really was a golden year in the Ballooning calendar in Bristol. This is the first of 3 films of the lift offs, two in the morning and one in the evening. They all have a different feel. This morning lift off, is exciting and fresh, and there is a wonderful light, and some special balloons. The 'Up' Balloon, consists of a basket in the shape of the house (in the movie 'Up') and the balloon canvas is covered in balloon shapes and painted balloons, so that it looks like the bunch of balloons that takes the house up into the sky. The pilot is inside the house, and needs assistance to fly as visibility is limited. This assistance comes from the partner balloon which is brilliant white flying beside it. Enjoy the excitement.
