Interest Rates Are Headed for Double Digits // Real Estate Advice for Investors

Fed said "More Rate Hikes Ahead" so we can see interest rates in the double digits by the end of 2022. Expect it. Hold Your Money. Wait For That Deal (oh and remember... there will always be another deal, don't get FOMO).

The Fed hiked Interest Rates by 0.75% to 1.5% (the most since 1994 in order to combat Inflation). And they've signaled that they're willing to hike it another 1.75% by year-end. Which means that Mortgage rates will continue to increase, which means we're going to see inventory skyrocket, which means prices will drop (watch 0:37). These higher Interest Rates are causing Mortgage Rates to explode, which is inevitably going to lead to a Housing Market Crash.
