Invisalign is a powerful appliance to treat open bite cases. Attachments and elastics are most of the time a must. When using Invisalign, we observe a slight intrusion of the back teeth, which is good for an open bite case correction. Clincheck simulation shows a dramatic change, but probably it won't happen exactly as it is shown here... but it will improve a lot for sure. Invisalign Moderate was the choice for this case.
