This video introduces the concept of dependent sources for DC. There are four kinds of dependent sources: voltage-controlled voltage source (VCVS), voltage-controlled current source (VCCS), current-controlled voltage source (CCVS), and the current-controlled current source (CCCS). Dependent sources are often used to model the behavior of devices such as transistors.
