Shakarkand Gulab Jamun are made very soft & delicious without khoya , milk powder or baking soda..Only 3 ingredients are required to make it..so let's see the ingredients:

INGREDIENTS
boiled and grated Shakarkand - 250 gm
grated paneer - 100 gm
maida - 5-6 tsp
elachi dana
mix everything and make a small balls

For Chasni
sugar - 1 cup
water - 2 cup
kesar ( optional )

now fry the gulab jamun in ghee or oil
fry in ghee so that it give more flavours.
fry it in Low Flame
add the gulab jamun in hot chasni
and rest it for 1/2 hour.
Shakarkand Gulab Jamun is ready to serve..you can enjoy it.
